How do I submit feedback after an interview?
Open the interview in 'Recruiting' > 'Interviews' and go to 'Your feedback'. Fill in the feedback form, e.g., your overall recommendation, ratings, and comments, and click 'Submit feedback'.
Structured feedback helps your team compare candidates fairly. Everyone answers the same questions, and the recommendation scale is the same for every interviewer.

How to submit interview feedback
- Open the interview guide and go to 'Your feedback'.
- Fill in the form. It can include an overall recommendation ('Strong no', 'No', 'Yes', 'Strong yes'), ratings, and free text.
- If needed, add 'Additional notes'. Once you submit, they're shared with everyone who can view your feedback.
- Click 'Submit feedback'.
Please note:
- Your answers are saved as a draft automatically, so you can start before the interview.
- Required questions and a required recommendation must be answered before you can submit.
- The tab shows when your draft was last saved.
- To change feedback you already submitted, click 'Edit feedback', then 'Resubmit feedback'.
- After the interview ends, your interview to-do is replaced by a "Feedback to submit" to-do. It's completed once you submit your feedback.
Note: Feedback can be mandatory for a stage. In that case, the candidate can't move on until your feedback is submitted, unless a recruiter overrides it. Feedback is only marked 'Overdue' if someone set a due date.
What if the interview didn't take place?
While your feedback is still pending, click the '...' menu in the interview guide and choose 'Mark as not attended'. Your feedback status changes to 'Not attended'.
If the interview is canceled, feedback that was already submitted is kept.
When can I see other interviewers' feedback?
This depends on the visibility setting of the feedback form:
- "Hide others' feedback until you submit" (default): you see other interviewers' feedback once you've submitted your own.
- "Visible after stage completion": you see it once the candidate moves past the interview's stage.
- "Never visible to other interviewers": you never see other interviewers' feedback.
- Always visible to selected roles and users: the people chosen in the form's settings always see the feedback.
People who can manage the application, and people allowed to view all interview feedback, always see all feedback on applications they can access, regardless of the form's visibility setting.
Where can I see all feedback for a candidate?
In the interview guide, open 'All feedback'. On the candidate profile, open the application's 'Feedback' tab. The summary shows how many interviewers submitted feedback and the average recommendation. Pending feedback requests are listed with their due date.
People who can manage the application can click 'Request feedback' to ask someone for feedback, even without an interview. That person only sees what the requester chose to share, e.g., the CV, the application, or other feedback.
Your feedback can have one of these statuses: 'Scheduled', 'Pending', 'Overdue', 'Submitted', 'Not attended', or 'Canceled'.
