How do I use AI Assist when writing review feedback?
When writing review feedback on Leapsome, you can use AI Assist directly in the review editor to improve your comments. Click 'AI Assist' in the editor toolbar and choose to check your grammar and spelling or enhance your feedback with constructive insights.
If your admin has enabled AI Assist, the 'AI Assist' button appears in the bottom-right corner of the editor toolbar whenever you are writing a text response. Using it is optional; you can write and submit your feedback at any time without it.
How to use AI Assist step by step
- Write your feedback in the review text field.
- Click 'AI Assist' in the editor toolbar on the right.
- Choose one of the available options from the dropdown:
- 'Check grammar and spelling' - reviews your text and corrects errors without changing your message.
- 'Enhance with constructive insights' - rewrites your feedback to be more specific, balanced, and actionable.
- An inline panel appears below your text showing the suggested version. Under 'Enhancement insights', you will see a summary of what was changed and suggestions for further improvement.
- Click 'Accept' to apply the suggestion, or 'Discard' to return to your original text.
You can regenerate a new suggestion at any time by clicking the refresh icon in the panel.
Please note: This feature enhances text you have already written. It cannot generate feedback from scratch.
