Leapsome Academy is a free built-in library of courses designed to equip managers with essential skills. These courses are self-enrollment paths for all Leapsome's customers. Paths are available by default for everyone in your organization, even if you do not have Learning in your package.
Why Leapsome Academy?
Leapsome Academy was created as a response to the call for manager training programs that are bite-sized and affordable. Our courses consist of micro-learning, interactive content, tailored to fit into managers' demanding schedules. We believe in building core leadership skills through strong management habits, which, according to Gartner, can improve job manageability by up to 71%. Gartner research also highlights that manager effectiveness is the number one priority for HR leaders.
The Academy was founded because:
- More than half of HR leaders will increase investment in manager development programs.
- Besides, it’s difficult for HR to find a budget or bandwidth to create in-house management training. Leadership development programs are usually expensive to purchase or develop in-house.

How can I access Leapsome Academy courses?
To start these learning paths, navigate to the 'Learning' module in the menu on the left-hand side. There, click on 'Library' > 'Leapsome Academy'. Choose any course of your liking and start by enrolling yourself in it. Happy learning!
Disabling the learning paths
As an Admin, if you do not want these paths to be visible to everyone in your organization, they can be disabled by navigating to 'Settings' > 'Employees' > 'Feature access matrix' > > Learning > Leapsome academy > Disable 'everyone' from being able to access these paths. You can then choose to enable for only relevant access roles if you wish.
