As Payroll admins and Super admins, you can designate different compensation types to be listed in your compensation library. Here, can you can add, edit, and archive different compensation types relevant for employees.
To create a compensation type, go to Payroll > compensation types > Actions > create new compensation type.

- Bonus
- Additional compensation
Name*
Recurrence:
- One time
- Monthly
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months
Amount type:
- Fixed
- Variable
Amount (For fixed type)
- Amount will be in the designated currency assigned to the user/their work location

Please note: Recurrence, amount and comment will be shown as default values when assigning compensation type to employees and can be customized.
Assign compensation type to employees
Admins can assign a additional compensation type(s) directly to a user's profile. To do so, navigate to Company > employees > select employee > edit info > compensation > additional compensations and add one or multiple compensation types to the employee profile to be accounted in the payroll cycle.
