To monitor, modify or archive your Time Tracking policies, as a Super-(Admin) you can do so by navigating to ‘Time Tracking’ from the menu bar on the left-hand side and clicking on the tab ‘Policies’.
The ‘Policies’ tab provides an overview of all of your organization's policies. You can use the search bar to find a specific policy by its name. Or use the ‘Filter’ drop-down to find a policy by its state (‘Active’ or ‘Archived’).
Viewing & Editing policies
You can monitor and inspect your policies from the policies list. There, you’ll find their titles and the number of employees who have the policy assigned.
To make changes, click on the three vertical dots next to the wanted policy and select ‘Edit’. In the pop-up window, you can make relevant updates, such as the title of the policy, frequency, break rules, etc. Once you’re happy with the changes, click on ‘Next’ and ‘Save changes’.
Archiving policies
To archive a policy, click on the three vertical dots next to the desired policy and select ‘Archive’. The policy will need to be removed from employees’ profiles in order to archive it successfully.
Please note: No new Time Tracking cycles will be created from archived policies. Affected employees will need to be assigned to new Time Tracking policies.
