Admins can integrate ADP directly in Leapsome, or through an SFTP connection.
In order to do so, an SOW form will need to be submitted to your ADP representative.
- Vendor/IT Contact Name: Your Customer Success Manager's name
- Vendor/IT Contact Email: Customer Success Manager Email
- Protocol Type required(select one): SFTP (preferred)
- Authentication Level (select one): SSH Public Key (or openSSH keys if available), Leapsome can’t work with SSH2 key pairs
- File Encryption (select one): None
- Username: Your Leapsome Account ID, which can be found in 'Settings' > 'Company' > 'Basic settings' as well as on the SFTP integration page in Leapsome.
- Host Name / IP Address: **sftp.leapsome.com ; Port: 22**
- Destination Directory (delivery will be to user root directory if left blank): /incoming
- Report Output File Name: Leapsome sftp
- Desired Schedule: 1x per day at 4:00AM EST
- report output file type: Excel (.xls)
