How to manage Leapsome AI settings
As a super-admin, you can easily manage your organization’s AI settings through the Leapsome platform:
- Navigate to Settings > Employees > Feature access matrix
- Search AI features
- Configure which AI features are enabled for your organization
- Set access permissions for different user roles (admins, managers, employees)
- Save
Leapsome AI is automatically enabled for all new customers, giving your organization access to powerful, context-aware AI features that streamline HR workflows and improve the employee experience.
You always remain in control: admins can configure which features to use and manage access for different roles. And if your organization decides not to use AI, you can opt out at any time.

- Is AI usage mandatory in Leapsome? No, AI features are completely optional. While they're enabled by default, you can disable any or all AI features at any time through your settings. You can continue using Leapsome exactly as before without any AI assistance.
- How does Leapsome AI protect our data? Leapsome AI follows strict security protocols, including GDPR compliance, role-based access controls, and data encryption. Unlike general AI tools, Leapsome AI is purpose-built for HR use cases and never uses your data for training purposes.
- Can I control which team members have access to AI features? Yes, you have granular control over AI feature access. You can enable or disable features for specific roles (admins, managers, employees) and even control access to individual AI capabilities.
- How accurate is AI-generated content? While Leapsome AI provides helpful suggestions and drafts, all AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited as needed. The AI serves as an assistant to enhance your work, not replace your judgment and expertise.
- What happens if I want to opt out of AI features? You can opt out at any time by disabling AI features in your settings. This will immediately stop all AI processing for your organization, and you can continue using all other Leapsome features normally.
- Does using AI affect our existing Leapsome setup? No, AI features work alongside your existing Leapsome configuration without disrupting your current processes. AI provides additional assistance but doesn't change how your core people processes function.
- If I don't use Leapsome AI will it affect my use of Leapsome? If you do not enable Leapsome AI, these changes will not affect your use of Leapsome. By enabling and using any Leapsome AI features after November 1, 2025, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service and DPA, including the listed sub-Processors.
