1. How can I view the entire notification of a workflow when I receive the notification under the bell icon?
If a notification was triggered from a workflow step and you are the receipient, you will receive a notification in app under the bell containing just the subject of the notification. If you click on that notification, you will be directed to a modal that will show the notification body text as well.
2. How can I remove someone from a workflow?
You can choose to disenroll or delete an enrolled user from a workflow by navigating to the workflow > clicking the three dots next to the participant name, and then click the desired disenoll or delete function. Disenrolling a user will still have the user listed in the workflow, although all related, incomplete tasks will be removed. You will still be able to see the steps that were completed before disenrolling. Only users who have not completed the workflow can be disenrolled. Deleting a user will remove them completely from the workflow list. Any enrolled user can be deleted, regardless of their completion status of the workflow.
