Navigate to your document category in Leapsome where you want to download multiple documents.
Go to Admin settings > Documents > Document categories > Click view documents under the category you are interested in > 'Bulk download documents.'
Any filters selected within the view of the list of documents in the category will be respected when bulk downloading documents.
Confirm your selection to begin the download process.
Your documents will be compiled into a single zip file with a clear naming convention (e.g., CategoryName_YYYYMMDD.zip) for easy identification.
Save the zip file when it becomes available.
