Leapsome Pro Features are advanced settings that can be enabled or disabled based on your organization's needs. These features are designed for more complex use cases and can be toggled on or off to reduce interface complexity for teams that don't need them.
By default, certain advanced features are disabled to provide a streamlined experience. As your organization grows or your processes become more sophisticated, you can enable additional Pro Features to unlock more capabilities.
How to enable or disable Pro Features
Pro Features are managed within each module's settings:
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Module & feature settings'
- Select the module you want to configure (e.g., Surveys, Reviews, Goals)
- Scroll to the 'Leapsome Pro' section
- Toggle individual features on or off based on your needs
- Click 'Save' to apply your changes
Available PRO Features by module
General Features
- Automatically deactivate accounts if their termination date passed
- Enable user-scoped roles (e.g., HRBPs)
Note: PRO Features for general features can be found within 'Settings' > 'Company' > 'Basic settings'.
Goals
- Enable OKR functionality
- Enable the option to add tags
- Enable the option to add initiatives
- Enable the option to link goals to competencies
- Enable the option to add badges
- Enable the option to add weights at the goal level
- Make goal tags mandatory at goal level
- Make goal tags mandatory at goal creation
- Make all goals public by default
- Remove option to make individual goals public
