Available Goals Pro Features
OKR Functionality
OKR (Objectives and Key Results) functionality provides a structured framework for goal-setting with specific objectives and measurable key results. This methodology is used by many high-performing organizations to drive alignment and focus.
When enabled, you can create goals using the OKR structure with distinct objectives and key results.
Add Tags
Goal tags allow you to categorize and filter goals by custom criteria such as quarter, department, or goal type. This makes it easier to find and organize goals across your organization.
When enabled, you can create and assign tags to goals.
Add Initiatives
Initiatives are action items that support goal achievement. Unlike key results, initiatives don't affect goal progress but help teams track the work needed to reach their objectives.
When enabled, users can add initiatives to their goals alongside key results.
Link Goals to Competencies
This feature allows you to connect development goals to specific competencies from your competency framework. This creates a clear link between skill development and goal achievement.
When enabled, users can link goals to competencies when creating development goals.
Add Badges
Badges provide visual indicators for goals, helping you quickly identify goal types, priorities, or statuses. This improves goal visibility and organization.
When enabled, you can create and assign custom badges to goals.
Add Weights at the Goal Level
Goal weights allow you to assign different importance levels to various goals, ensuring that progress calculations reflect actual priorities. This is useful when some goals are more critical than others.
When enabled, users can assign weights to individual goals.
Make Goal Tags Mandatory at Goal Level
This setting requires that all goals must have at least one tag assigned. This ensures consistent goal categorization across your organization.
When enabled, users cannot save goals without adding at least one tag.
Make Goal Tags Mandatory at Goal Creation
This setting requires that users must assign at least one tag when creating a new goal. This enforces tagging discipline from the start.
When enabled, users cannot create goals without adding at least one tag during the creation process.
Make All Goals Public by Default
This setting makes all newly created goals visible to everyone in the organization by default, promoting transparency and alignment.
When enabled, goals are automatically set to public visibility when created.
Remove Option to Make Individual Goals Public
This setting removes the ability for users to change individual goal visibility settings. This is useful when you want to enforce a specific visibility policy (either all public or all private).
When enabled, users cannot toggle goal visibility on individual goals.
