Available Reviews Pro Features
Calibration Capabilities
Calibration allows managers and HR to review and adjust performance ratings before they're finalized, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization. This feature is essential for larger organizations where different managers may have varying rating standards.
When enabled, you can access calibration mode in review analytics. Learn more about review calibrations here.
Question Display Rules
Display rules allow you to show specific review questions to certain participants based on criteria you define. This enables you to create more targeted review templates that adapt to different roles or scenarios.
When enabled, you can add display rules to questions in your review templates.
Please note: When selecting participants within the inclusion criteria for display rules, this refers to individuals who are reviewees within the cycle. Therefore, only reviewees who satisfy the inclusion criteria in the display rules will have the question show up in their assessment for the respective users included in the scope of the question (reviewee, manager, peer, direct report).
Weighted Scores
Weighted scores allow you to assign different importance levels to various review questions or competencies. This ensures that final review scores accurately reflect your organization's priorities.
When enabled, you can configure weights when building review templates.
Project-Based Reviews
Project-based reviews allow you to conduct performance assessments tied to specific projects rather than following a standard review cycle. This is useful for organizations with project-based work structures.
When enabled, you can create reviews linked to specific projects.
External Collaborators as Peers
This feature allows you to include external collaborators (such as contractors or clients) as peer reviewers in your review cycles. This provides a more complete picture of employee performance.
When enabled, you can add external collaborators when selecting peer reviewers.
Templates Shared with Managers or Employees
This feature allows review templates to be visible and accessible to managers or employees before the review cycle begins, promoting transparency and allowing for better preparation.
When enabled, you can configure template visibility settings when creating or editing review templates.
