Access rights for the Meetings module, like all access rights within the platform, are managed through Leapsome's Feature access matrix, which gives admins a single place to control permissions across all modules. To view and configure access rights for the Meetings module, navigate to: 'Settings' > 'Employees' > 'Feature access matrix'.
📖 For a full overview of the Feature Access Matrix, visit: Centralized Access Management (Feature Access Matrix).
In Feature access atrix, you can:
- See which roles have access to Meetings features (viewing aggregated meeting analytics, etc.)
- Toggle individual features on or off per role
Custom access roles
You can also create custom access roles with tailored Meetings permissions to meet your organization's specific needs. Custom roles allow you to grant specific users access to selected Meetings features without giving them full admin rights.
📖 For detailed instructions on creating and managing custom access roles, visit: User-Scoped Permissions (Access Roles).
To create and configure custom access roles:
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Employees' > 'Access roles'
- Create a new custom role with specific feature combinations
- Define which Meetings features users with that role can access
- Assign the role to individual users or in bulk
A reminder on roles
- (Super) Admins have full access to all Meetings features by default
- HRBPs can be granted specific Meetings access by an admin
- Managers can view meeting analytics for their direct reports if enabled in Settings
- Users can only access their own meetings by default
- Custom roles can be configured with any combination of Meetings permissions
