What platform onboarding paths are available
Leapsome Academy includes step-by-step learning paths for every Leapsome module. These paths walk admins through setup, configuration, and best practices for each area of the platform.

How to access platform onboarding paths
- Log in to your Leapsome account
- Navigate to the 'Learning' module in the left-hand menu
- Click on 'Explore library' > 'Leapsome Academy'
- Browse the available learning paths for the modules you want to learn
- Click 'Enroll' to get started
All paths are open for self-enrollment and available to everyone in your organization by default, even if your package does not include the Learning module.
Managing access to Leapsome Academy
If you would like to limit visibility of Leapsome Academy content, you can manage access in 'Settings' > 'Employees' > 'Feature Access Matrix' > 'Learning' > 'Leapsome Academy'. From there, you can disable access for all users or restrict it to specific roles.
When to use platform onboarding paths
Platform onboarding paths are especially helpful for:
- New admin onboarding: When a new admin joins your team, direct them to the relevant module learning paths so they can get up to speed independently without scheduling live training sessions
- Self-service learning: Learn how to set up and configure modules at your own pace
