Once a form is active, submissions can be tracked and managed directly from the submissions view. Super admins and form owners have full access to all responses.
To access form submissions, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Automations' > 'Forms' and click on any active form to open its submissions view.
The submissions table shows some information like:
- Participant's name
- Form's status
- Submitted by (Date)
- Submitted on (Date)
- Marked as completed by
- Marked as completed on
And some Form-specific columns, e.g., the title field of a development plan.
Editing a submission
Form owners can edit any submission. Editing does not re-trigger the approval flow when done by a form owner. All users with view access will see the updated responses after the edit.
- Go to 'Forms' and select the Form that you will work on, where you will see the submissions list
- Click on the submission that you want to edit
- Make your changes
- Click 'Submit'
To delete a submission:
- Open the form's submissions view
- Click on the submission that you want to edit
- At the bottom right of the screen, you will see the 'Delete' button.
Please note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Exporting submissions
Export all visible submissions as a CSV or XLSX file. Any active filters are automatically applied to the export.
To export form submissions:
- Go to Settings > Automations > Form
- Click on the form you would like to export
- Click 'Export submissions' in the top-right corner
- Configure your download options as you wish and download the file
