When you receive a survey notification in Slack, you no longer need to open Leapsome in a browser to respond. If your admin has enabled this option for the survey, you will see an 'Answer in Slack' button directly in the notification message. Clicking it opens a step-by-step modal where you can complete the survey without leaving Slack. Your answers are submitted to the same place as usual, so nothing changes on the results side.
How to respond
When the survey notification appears in Slack, click 'Answer in Slack' to open the survey modal. Questions will appear one step at a time, and you can submit your answers directly from there. If you prefer to complete the survey in the Leapsome app instead, the 'Answer in Leapsome' link will still be available in the same notification.
Please note: Because the survey runs inside a Slack modal, it cannot be paused mid-way. If you start the survey and wait too long between steps, your progress may not be saved and you may need to start again from the original notification. For longer or more complex surveys, it is worth using the 'Answer in Leapsome' link for the full experience instead.
