How to manage Leapsome AI settings
As a super-admin, you can manage your organization's AI settings directly in Leapsome:
- Navigate to ‘Settings’ and you will see the AI settings Enablement banner
- Toggle the ‘’Automatically enable AI features’’ to enable all the AI Features at once
If you would like to enable the AI Features one by one;
- Click on ‘Enable features individually’ or go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Employees’ > ‘Feature Access Matrix’ and look for the ‘AI Features’ section in the list
- Configure which AI features are enabled for your organization
- Set access permissions for different user roles (admins, managers, employees)
- Save your changes

1. Is AI usage mandatory in Leapsome?
No, AI features are completely optional. While they are enabled by default for new customers, you can disable any or all AI features at any time through your settings. You can continue using Leapsome exactly as before without any AI assistance.
2. How does Leapsome AI protect our data?
Leapsome AI follows strict security protocols, including GDPR compliance, role-based access controls, and data encryption. Unlike general AI tools, Leapsome AI is purpose-built for HR use cases and never uses your data for training purposes.
3. Can I control which team members have access to AI features?
Yes. You can enable or disable AI features for specific roles (admins, managers, employees) and control access to individual AI capabilities through the Feature access matrix in Settings.
4. How accurate is AI-generated content?
Leapsome AI provides helpful suggestions and drafts, but all AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited as needed. The AI serves as an assistant to enhance your work, not to replace your judgment and expertise.
5. What happens if I want to opt out of AI features?
You can opt out at any time by disabling AI features in your settings. This will immediately stop all AI processing for your organization, and you can continue using all other Leapsome features normally.
6. Does using AI affect our existing Leapsome setup?
No. AI features work alongside your existing Leapsome configuration without disrupting your current processes. AI provides additional assistance but does not change how your core people processes function.
7. If I do not use Leapsome AI, will it affect my use of Leapsome?
No. If you do not enable Leapsome AI, these changes will not affect your use of Leapsome. For additional questions, contact our support team through the platform or visit the Trust Center for more information about our AI practices and security measures.
