How do I book my interview?
Open the link the recruiter sent you and pick a time from the available slots. Your interview is booked right away. You can use the same link to change or cancel it until 6 hours before the interview starts.
You don't need an account or login. The link is personal to you, and it only shows times when the whole interview panel is free.
- Open the link. The page shows the interview name, the company, the duration, and the interviewers.
- Check the time zone note. Times are shown in your browser's time zone.
- Select a slot. Once it's confirmed, you see "Your interview is booked".
You then get an email with the interview details. For video interviews, it includes a link to join.
Note: If someone else just took the slot you picked, choose another one.

How do I change or cancel my booking?
- Open the same link again. The page shows until when you can make changes.
- Click 'Pick a different time' to move the interview, or 'Cancel this interview' to release the slot.
You can move your booking as often as you like while other times are available. After you cancel, you can book a new time with the same link. The recruiting team is notified whenever you book, move, or cancel.
Note: Less than 6 hours before the interview, you can't change it online anymore. Contact the recruiter instead.
How do I share my availability?
Some companies ask you to share when you're available first, and then book the interview for you.
- Open the link and read the instructions. Each time window must be at least as long as the interview.
- Click or drag on the calendar to add time windows. Switch between weeks if needed.
- Review your time windows and click 'Send availability'.
To change your time windows while the request is still open, open the link again and click 'Change availability'. Once the recruiter books a time, the page shows "Your interview is booked".
What if the link doesn't work?
If the page says that the link expired, the request is closed, the interview was canceled, or no times are left, contact the recruiter.
Note: Anyone who has your link can open the page, so don't forward it. The page only shows the interview name, the company, the duration, and the interviewers' names. It doesn't show anyone's calendar.
