How do I apply for a job?

Open the company's career portal, choose a job, and click 'Apply now'. Fill in the application form, then click 'Submit application'. You'll see 'Application submitted' once it goes through. You don't need an account to apply.

Companies that use Leapsome for hiring list their open positions on a career portal. Each job page shows the role details and the application form on the same page. You can also apply through a link the company shares, e.g., on a job board, on social media, or through a referral.

How do I find a job on the career portal?

1. Open the career portal link. You'll see 'Open positions' and a search field. If the company turned them on, you can also filter jobs, e.g., by department, location, or employment type.
2. Click a job to see its details, such as department, location, work arrangement, compensation (if the company shares it), and the job description.
3. Click 'Apply now' to jump to the application form.

Note: Some jobs are only shared by direct link and don't appear in the list of open positions. You can still apply through the link.

How do I fill in and submit the application form?

1. Optional: under 'Autofill from resume', click 'Upload file' and upload your resume as a PDF or Word file. Check the answers that are filled in for you.
2. Fill in the remaining fields. 'First name', 'Last name', and 'Email address' are always required. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*), and accepted file formats and sizes are shown below each upload field.
3. Read the privacy policy at the bottom of the form.
4. Click 'Submit application'.

• By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in the company's privacy policy.
• If autofill doesn't work for your resume, you can fill in the form manually.

What happens after I apply?

Your application goes to the company's recruiting team and enters the first stage of its hiring process. The company decides how your application moves forward and is responsible for how your data is processed.

• Leapsome doesn't send a confirmation email by default, but the company can set one up.
• Further emails, such as interview invitations, come from the company's recruiting team.
• If you already applied to the same company with the same email address, your new answers are added to your existing candidate profile.

What if I can't apply?

• You already applied for this job: You can't apply to the same job twice while your application is open. After it ends, the company may set a waiting period. The message shows the earliest date you can apply again.
• 'This position is no longer open': The company closed the job.
• 'Job not found': The company removed the job, or the link is no longer valid.
