Why does my job application mention Leapsome?
Companies can use Leapsome to run their hiring. If you applied for a job, booked an interview, or received an offer through a page powered by Leapsome, the hiring company manages your application. Leapsome provides the software they use.
This means the company you applied to decides how your application moves forward, who reviews it, and when you hear back. It also decides how long your data is kept, as described in its privacy policy.
Who can help me with my application?
Contact the company you applied to for anything about your application, for example:
- The status of your application or interview
- Changing or withdrawing your application
- Questions about an offer
- Requests about your personal data, such as access or deletion
You'll usually find contact details in the emails the company sent you, on its career portal, or in its privacy policy.
Note: You don't need a Leapsome account to apply for a job, book an interview, or review an offer.
