How do I sign my offer?
You get an email with a secure link to review and sign your offer letter. Click 'Review and sign', read the letter, and sign it. You don't need a Leapsome account, and you can sign from any device.
The email's subject is usually "You have an offer to review and sign". It comes either from Leapsome notifications, with replies going to the hiring team, or directly from your recruiter's mailbox.
- Open the email and click 'Review and sign'.
- Read your offer letter.
- Fill in the fields your employer added, e.g., signature, date, or initials.
- Sign the document. A confirmation message appears, and the hiring team sees right away that you signed.
Note: The link is personal to you, so don't forward it.
What if the link doesn't work?
- The link expired: Signing links are valid for 7 days. Click 'Resend signature link' to get a new link at the same email address.
- You got a newer link: Only the latest link works. Use the link from the most recent email.
- The document was voided: Your employer withdrew or changed the offer, so it can't be signed anymore. Contact your recruiter.
What if I don't want to sign?
You can decline the signature request on the signing page. Your employer isn't told why you declined, so if you want to discuss or negotiate your offer, contact your recruiter directly.
