Requesting feedback is easy. In the 'Instant Feedback' module, click 'Actions' > 'Request feedback'. You can ask for feedback from multiple users at a time - simply add their names in the corresponding form. You can also add specific competencies you would like to get feedback on. Adding a note makes your request more specific and usually triggers more helpful feedback.

Additionally, you can request feedback from the 'Create' shortcut found at the top of your Leapsome page and choose 'Instant feedback request'.
If you would like to reject an Instant Feedback request, simply click on 'Decline Request'. Please note that a declined Instant Feedback request can not be restored.
