1. Is it possible to automate a bonus payout for all employees?
No, you can not automate compensation and promotion decisions. You will need to manually start a compensation cycle based on a compensation template. Within the template, you can set up recommendation rules based on certain input factors to streamline and standardize bonus payouts, for example, within your company.
2. Does the Compensation module interplay with other modules in Leapsome?
Yes, you can link the Compensation module to the Reviews and/or Goals module. Your recommendation rules for your compensation and promotion decisions can be based on input factors such as review manager score, review score of a question or skill, and business or development goal average score.
3. Can I add weights to different types of goals?
Yes, you can select business goal average scores as well as development goal average scores as input factors when setting up recommendation rules in your compensation template. Each input factor can be assigned a weight.
4. Does Leapsome send notifications within a Compensation cycle?
Yes, Leapsome will send notifications to proposers and the approver, so they won’t miss any of their to-dos. You can see a full list of notifications here.
5. What happens after a Compensation Cycle is closed and proposals are signed off?
After the proposals have been signed off and the Review cycle is manually closed, the proposals then become official. The new level/title/salary/bonus will be updated in those participants’ user profiles. If syncing through an HRIS, please update the new information in your HRIS tool (new level/title/salary/bonus), as information input in Leapsome will not automatically transfer to the HRIS tool. Otherwise, the HRIS integration will push the outdated/original data to Leapsome and overwrite the new data with updates made from the proposal.
