With Leapsome’s learning analytics, you can track the enrolment, progress, and average completion of active learning paths. As a manager or additional manager, you'll have access to learning path data for your direct reports if your admin has enabled this in the admin settings.
The analytics dashboard offers a holistic view for managers and admins, helping you to gain insights into user’s activity across all learning paths. These insights can be found in the ‘Learning’ tab > ‘Analytics.’
User Analytics View
You can see a list of your direct reports and the number of learning paths they are enrolled in on the user level. Per user, the list displays an overview of how many learning paths are in progress, how many are completed, and the overall average progress across learning paths. You can dive further into each report to see their enrolment date, their completion date, and their average progress in individual courses that they are enrolled in.
By selecting the individual learning path, you can also check which precise step a learner is working on and which step is coming up next.
Any teams/groups/custom attributes you create for your organization will immediately be available to use as a filter under analytics. The filter function can be used in the User view to look at:
- progress of specific teams, by locations, or by custom attribute
- users with an enrolment date within a specific quarter or timeframe
- users with a completion date within a specific quarter or timeframe
- progress of the learning path as a percentage (i.e., 25-50% completed, or 50-75% completed) or paths that have not yet been started
