With Leapsome's learning analytics, you can track the enrollment, progress, and completion of active learning paths for your direct reports. These insights help you support your team's development and ensure they're progressing through their learning journeys effectively.
Please note: Your access to learning analytics is determined by your admin.
Accessing Learning Analytics
If your admin has enabled learning analytics access for managers, you can find these insights in 'Analytics' > 'Learning'.
As a manager or additional manager, you'll have access to learning path data for your direct reports. If cascading access is enabled, you may also have access to analytics for your entire reporting chain.
The User Analytics View provides a holistic overview of your direct reports' progress across all learning paths.
Please note: Deactivated users are not visible in this view.
What You Can See
On the user level, you can see a list of your direct reports and:
- The number of learning paths they are enrolled in
- How many learning paths are in progress per user
- How many learning paths are completed per user
- The overall average progress across all learning paths per user
This overview helps you quickly identify which team members may need support or encouragement to complete their learning paths.
Viewing Individual Progress
By selecting an individual direct report, you can dive deeper into their learning journey.
Detailed User View
For each team member, you can view:
- Their enrollment date for each learning path
- Their completion date for completed learning paths
- Their average progress in individual learning paths
- Deadline details of the path
Checking Current Steps
By selecting an individual learning path, you can also:
- Check which precise step a learner is working on
- View which step is coming up next in their learning journey
- Download completion certificate for completed paths
This granular view allows you to have informed conversations with your team members about their learning progress during one-on-ones or check-ins.
Filtering Your Team's Data
Any teams / groups / custom attributes created for your organization will immediately be available to use as a filter under analytics.
Exporting Learning Analytics
You can export your team's learning analytics data to Excel for further analysis or reporting. To export data, click the 'Export to Excel' button.
