Learning is a key part of any employee’s role. Learning to let go, learning to listen, and learning to achieve more are integral parts of doing meaningful work. A 2021 global survey of employees from Statista reveals that out of 814 respondents, anywhere from 50-70% of the respondents from every generation see learning as key to a successful career. Here at Leapsome, we are honored to empower individuals and their companies to take ownership and control of their learning through our Learning module. Furthermore, we are excited to announce our partnership with GoodHabitz to continue the journey of learning and growing.

If you would like to know more about how GoodHabitz can benefit your organization’s learning journey, you can find the details about our partnership in our blog article here.

Best Practices for creating an engaging Learning Path
- Include a welcome image for context via the 'Add article' step
- Use the search bar to navigate to the correct GoodHabitz element you want to use: there are five default courses
- Make it interactive! Create a task for participants of the learning path. For example, if you create a learning path on Giving Feedback, why not include a task that nudges the participants to use our Instant Feedback feature to share feedback with their colleagues. This makes the learning more tangible and will improve the transfer of the learned content.
- At the end, add a final image and ask the user for a summary of their key takeaways or action plans.
