When setting up a survey, you are given the ability to choose whether you'd like to have all questions within the questions list to be asked in the next survey round, or you can include a rotating structure. With this, you will have the ability to choose what questions will be asked in the next round.
By default, the questions list will go from top to bottom when the rotation by question is activated. If you'd like to change what questions will be asked, you have the option to reorganize your questions list.
Rotation by question:
With the rotation by question option, the corresponding number on the right-hand side will indicate how many questions will be asked in the next (and subsequent) survey rounds.
Once selected, you will see that the selected number of questions will appear with a 'Next round' indicator within the question box.
If you would like different questions to be asked instead of the ones that have been selected, please follow the instructions below:
- Drag and drop the desired questions to the top of the list
- Click on 'Save & Continue'
- Navigate back to the Questions list
- From there, you'll see that the newly organized list will have the questions you selected marked in a way that they will be asked in the next round.
