Enabling Surveys PRO features
- To enable advanced survey features:
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Module & feature settings' > 'Surveys'
- Scroll to the 'Advanced features - Leapsome PRO' section
- Enable the features you want to use
- Click 'Save'

Impact driver configuration
Impact drivers help you identify which survey topics have the greatest impact on overall engagement or satisfaction scores. This advanced analytics feature uses statistical analysis to highlight the areas where improvements would make the biggest difference.
SMS channel configuration
SMS channel configuration allows you to send survey invitations and reminders via text message in addition to email. This can improve response rates, especially for employees who don't regularly check email.
Question display rules configuration
Display rules allow you to show specific questions to certain participants based on demographic criteria or responses to previous questions. This creates a more personalized survey experience and helps you gather targeted feedback.
When enabled, you can add display rules to individual questions in your survey setup. Learn more about conditional survey questions here.
Heatmap details
Enhanced heatmap details provide additional statistical information in your survey analytics, including standard deviation and NPS equivalents. This gives you deeper insights into response patterns and data distribution.
When enabled, additional metrics appear in your survey heatmap view.
Question rotation configurations
Question rotation allows you to show different questions to participants in each survey round, reducing survey fatigue and gathering diverse feedback over time. You can rotate questions based on a maximum number of questions or by topic categories.
When enabled, you can configure rotation settings in the 'Questions' tab when setting up a survey. Learn more about question rotation here.
