The proposal dashboard shows a table overview of all open proposals in currently active cycles and is users with an active role in a proposal, i.e. managers and approvers.
The dashboard displays the name of the employee, their manager, and their new proposed annual salary, bonus, promotion, or share values if these are included in the proposal's scope. Your role within a compensation cycle will determine how you can use the dashboard, so while the super admin would see all proposals, a manager would only see those that include them for their direct reports.
- Super-admins and Compensation module admins can view the cycle progress and current status by clicking on the cycle; they can also edit a proposal and view the notes history.
- Managers (proposers) can view the proposals relating to their direct reports and can action their open proposal tasks by clicking 'Edit'.
- Approvers can action their open tasks and approve proposals in bulk by checking the relevant box and choosing 'Approve'. Alternatively, approvals can be actioned via the home dashboard, under 'Your checklist' > 'Approvals'.
