As a super-admin or compensation module admin, you may want to track the status of the ongoing cycles i.e., who is awaiting a proposal submission, which proposals have been approved, or whose proposals are waiting to be signed off.
To achieve this, navigate to 'compensation' > 'Overview by employee' and click on the name of the employee you wish to learn more about.
Within the 'Overview by employee' tab, you'll see an overview of each participant, the cycles that they are included in, and the status of the cycles.
As a proposer, you'll be able to find the cycle status for your direct reports who are included in any compensation cycle. And as a super-admin and compensation module admin, you'll see all participants under all cycles.
Users can filter the 'Overview by employee' tab by user, team, location, manager, level, and custom attributes to find relevant participants depending on the user's platform role and their role in the compensation cycle.
