Once a learning path is active, a connected dashboard displays key enrollment, participation, and progress indicators. The dashboard helps you manage active learning paths and can be found in 'Learning' > 'Manage content' and click on the learning path for which you want to see insights.
The Analytics here displays:
- the number of participants in the learning path (all active and invited users)
- the participants who are currently enrolled in the learning path
- the users who will be added to the learning path soon via automation (within the next 30 days)
- participants who completed the learning path
- the average progress of participants enrolled in the learning path
- the individual progress of each enrolled user
Any teams/groups/custom attributes you create for your organization will immediately be available as a filter under analytics.
After activating the learning path, you’ll still be able to:
- add users manually by clicking 'Add users' in the top right corner (those users will have immediate access to the learning path)
- remove users from the path by clicking on the checkbox next to their name and clicking on 'Remove from path'
- send extra reminder for completion by clicking on the checkbox next to their name and clicking on 'Send reminder'
- by clicking on the 3 dots menu, you can:
- duplicate the path
- copy shareable link
- export progress data
- refresh version (if you made any changes to the path)
- delete the path.
