Your company may enable an anonymous suggestion box for you to provide suggestions or feedback directly to the super admins or selected owners of the anonymous suggestion box. This feedback would be entirely anonymous to the receiver and will not be visible to anyone in the company except to the super admins and/or selected owners.
You can submit an anonymous suggestion by navigating into the Home tab and clicking on 'Create' in the top right corner or by navigating into 'Company' > 'Suggestion box' in the left-hand navigation bar and clicking on 'Actions'.
The anonymous suggestion can provide suggestions or complaints to the suggestion box owners without waiting for a survey to be launched.
The owners would then have the opportunity to act on solving the issue promptly, without the need to have private meetings or interactions to let them know.
Once you send it, you, as the sender, will only be able to view the suggestions or complaints that you have submitted, and they will only be visible to the suggestion box owner anonymously. As such, no analytics or demographic filtering options are available for any submissions to the anonymous suggestion box to ensure there is no way to identify the sender of the anonymous suggestion.
Owners of the suggestion box can also start a conversation with the sender while retaining the anonymity of the sender.
Suggestion Box
All the suggestions would also be visible in the submenu 'Company' > 'Suggestion box' available to only super admins (by default) and/or owners of the suggestion box. All anonymous suggestions would be visible in this submenu with the content and the date of the submission, without the name or profile of the employee who submitted the suggestion. This provides the super-admins or suggestion box owners with the unique ability to create action plans from the feedback to benefit the team and its employees.
Owners of the suggestion box can also start a conversation with the sender while retaining the anonymity of the sender. Once suggestions are submitted, they cannot be deleted, even by the super admins or suggestion box owners.
Please note: If you are not a suggestion box owner, then you would only have visibility to suggestions that you have submitted.
