Owners and admins of the anonymous suggestion box can start a conversation with the user of each submission while retaining anonymity. A 'start conversation' button will be available to admins/suggestion owners on applicable suggestions to start a conversation with the user who submitted the suggestion.
Only the admins/owners will have the option to start a conversation; users who submit the suggestion can only respond once a conversation has been initiated. The user will remain anonymous, however the admin/owner's name will show to the user once a conversation has been initiated.
To retain anonymity, suggestions made through the platform, will not have notifications visible to admins through the notifications menu in admin settings.
